Regional Supervisor
Rachel has worked in the multi-family housing industry for
more than 23 years. Starting her career as a Leasing Consultant, Rachel
quickly realized that she had a passion for helping others to find happiness in a place to call their home. From those early days working as a Leasing Consultant, Rachel
excelled rapidly moving into the Assistant Manager and Property Manager
roles. In her current role as a Regional Supervisor, Rachel loves what
she does leading her team and consistently interacting with others. She
finds great fulfillment in leading her team to success by achieving the goals set
forth. Her philosophy is “When they succeed, I succeed.” Rachel is driven and proud
to be a member of the GWR Team!
Rachel is married and lives in The Woodlands with her
husband and pup Ollie. She is also a very PROUD Navy Mom to her son!
