Nicole
Johnson
Regional Supervisor
Nicole has been a part of the multifamily industry in
different capacities for more than 23 years. Starting her career as a
Leasing Consultant in 1999 after moving to Houston from Nebraska, she was
quickly promoted to the roles of Assistant Manager and then Property
Manager. Nicole believes that there should be integrity in everything and
leads her team with that in mind. She has also worked as a Marketing
Director which gives her a unique vision. Nicole previously worked
with the Arruth Associates and came to GWR in 2016 as part of that
acquisition. As a Regional Supervisor, Nicole enjoys leading her team by
example and assisting them in realizing their
potential.
Nicole is a member of the Houston Apartment Association
where she serves on the EXPO Committee and was a Team Captain for two
years. A Cancer survivor, Nicole proudly lives her life with the
philosophy of “Live Life to the Fullest with No Regrets.” When Nicole is not
cheering on her two favorite teams the St. Louis Cardinals and the Nebraska
Cornhuskers, you can find her rooting for the Houston Astros. Nicole
lives in The Woodlands and is the proud Mom to daughter Alexis and her three
fur babies.
