Raser
Director of Operations
Ryan has worked in the housing
industry for more than 28 years. He started in university student housing in 1995 and moved over to the multifamily industry in 1999, remaining in that sector presently. Ryan began
his career in the multifamily industry as a leasing specialist and worked
through all on site positions on his way into a supervisory role with
experience in a wide variety of A, B and C class garden style and mid-rise
communities. As a regional supervisor, he oversaw property operations of
large portfolios and focused on building effective teams to deliver desired
results in multiple markets. In his current role as Director of Operations, Ryan oversees the
Operational Support Department at GWR Management and all business operating
systems. He specializes in finding ways to streamline company operations
and ensure that the company has the tools needed to help us deliver an
excellent customer experience as well as improve revenue. Ryan also maintains valuable relationships with our supplier partners.
Prior to GWR, Ryan worked with
Arcadian Real Estate Services and Equity Residential in several different roles
which provides him with a broad skill set. Ryan earned his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) in December 2023. He enjoys collaborating
on projects and takes great pride in serving as an advisor to several vendor boards. Ryan's focus has always been, and continues to be, making a difference in someone else's life and providing "home." Originally
from Northeast Pennsylvania, he is a proud alumni of East Stroudsburg University of
Pennsylvania. Ryan has a passion for travel and cruising, is married, a cat dad and lives in Cypress Texas.
