Operational Support
In her role as an Operational Support Advisor, Jenny assists
the properties with daily operations and any issues that may arise. She
also provides training to new employees and monitors the internal
HelpDesk. Originally from Colombia, South America, Jenny moved to the US
in 2000 and started working in the multifamily housing industry as a leasing
consultant in 2005. Jenny worked her way through onsite roles of
Assistant Manager and Property Manager with a desire to do her best and provide
residents with a great place to live. Jenny also traveled regularly to
assist other properties that had a need. This prepared her with a wealth
of knowledge to move into her current position in August 2022.
Jenny lives in the Houston area and enjoys attending
concerts in her free time. She is the proud mom to three children, two
daughters and one son.
